We offer a range of tools to help authors succeed. Our services include ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, formatting, publishing, marketing, etc. All our services follow these terms, so you know exactly what to expect.

3. Subscriptions

Want to stay updated? Sign up for our newsletters or promotional offers, delivered by email or other channels. Changed your mind? Just email info@bookpublishings.com to unsubscribe, and we will handle it quickly.

4. Purchase Policy

To enjoy our services, you will be required to give your name, contact information, and pay information. Your information is secure because we employ the secure third-party payment system.

If a service is not available, there is a pricing mistake, or we suspect fraud, we may cancel your order. We will always keep you in the loop.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be thrilled with our work. Contact us to start a refund request, and we will guide you through the process. If something is not right, here is how refunds work:

• Ghostwriting: If the final draft does not meet your expectations after three rounds of edits, you can request a refund, minus costs for work completed.
• Publishing services: Once your book is printed or available for sale, refunds are not possible. If we make a major mistake, we will fix it at no cost.

6. Revision Policy

Need changes to our work? You have 5 to 10 days after receiving the draft or final product to request edits for free.

• Ghostwriting: Services: For ghostwriting, your contract will list the number of included revisions. Extra changes after this period might come with a small fee, depending on the work involved.
• Other Services: Your request for revision of marketing and publishing services is done case by case. Depends on the domain of work and character of the package as to how the changes will be implemented.

7. Ineligibility of Refund Claims

We cannot offer refunds in certain cases, such as:

• Minor Issues of Technicality: Minor typos or grammar errors.
• Excuses on Client-Related Delays: Delays due to late feedback from you.
Low Word Count: Manuscripts that fall short of the agreed word count. Misplacement to Present Concerns: Issues you did not raise during the revision period. Additional Requirements or Unreasonable Demands: New requests added after the project starts. Tips: Tips or extra instructions given to writers outside the agreement.

8. Change of Mind

• Before Starting Services: If you decide our services are not for you before we begin, let us know within one business day for a full refund.
• After Starting Services: After we start working, we can discuss a partial refund based on what is already done. Email us, and we will sort it out together.
• 9. Late Delivery The client and bookpublishings.com will reach a mutual agreement to resolve all refund cases.
• On-time Delivery Guarantee: We strive to deliver on time. If we are late due to our own error, and after three attempts to contact you, you may qualify for a 50 percent refund.
Delay Caused by Clients: Delays caused by you, like late submissions, do not qualify. We will work hard to keep your project on schedule. Mutual Agreement: There will be mutual agreement between the customer and bookpublishings.com in order to agree on all refund cases. Partial Refunds: There would be partial refunds or future discounts as compensation in given situations.

10. Inadequate Delivery

If our work does not meet the agreed standards, let us know within two weeks with three documented revision requests.

Use our project management tool, official email, or assigned contact numbers to keep things official.

11. Intellectual Property

Once you pay in full, all rights to your book, including copyright, belong to you. You can publish, sell, or share it as you wish.

We may use short excerpts or your book cover to promote our services, but we will check with you first if you prefer we do not. Our website name, logo, and trademarks remain ours.

12. Copyright Policy

We take copyright issues seriously. If you believe your work has been misused, email info@bookpublishings.com with clear evidence. We will investigate quickly and act if needed. False claims could lead to you covering our legal costs, so please be truthful.

13. Usage Restrictions

Let us keep things honest. You agree not to:

• There are various activities that a user should not take part in that are against the local or international laws.
• The users are not allowed to take advantage of or endanger the minors by exposing them to improper content.
• The users are not allowed to send unsolicited messages or advertisements and promotional messages, including spam or junk mail.
• The user should not pretend to be someone, an organisation or representative of a company.
• The users are not supposed to violate the rights of other individuals.
• Users should not provide threatening, fraudulent or illegal, as well as harmful activities.
• The user cannot hinder or block other users in using bookpublishings.com.
• The user should never use bookpublishings.com or take part in activities, which could potentially harm bookpublishings.com, its services, or the users.
• The misconduct of any users should not put bookpublishings.com at liability.

Other things that users are forbidden to do are:

• Accessing, copying, or monitoring content on bookpublishings.com using automated tools (i.e., bots or spiders).
• Using any hardware, software, or any other tool that interferes with the capability of bookpublishings.com to offer its services.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, like lost profits. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the service.

If issues arise, you agree to protect us from claims related to your use of our platform.

15. Governing Law

The United States laws cover these terms, and disputes are settled in the courts of Illinois. In case one of the rules is not valid, the rest remain. We would like to offer you support; however, these are the rules you should follow.

We can alter, suspend, or stop our services any time. We will make no liability since all our facilities will be provided as long as they are available, but we will do our best to inform you. Access to some features of services could be limited as required.
