Payment Terms
By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the specified fee for the selected service. Payment is due in full before we begin work, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Please note that all payments are non-refundable once the work has started.
Ownership & Copyright
Once you’ve made the full payment for our services, you will retain full ownership and copyright of your book, manuscript, and any related materials. Book Publishings grants you a non-exclusive license to use any content we provide, including design files and manuscripts, solely for the promotion and publication of your book.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information to enable us to complete our work efficiently. Any delays caused by the client, such as missing information or late feedback, may affect the delivery schedule. Book Publishings is not responsible for errors in the final product resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided by the client.
Revisions & Feedback
We offer a set number of revisions for each service, as specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions requested after the initial rounds will incur extra charges. We encourage detailed feedback to ensure we meet your expectations.
Confidentiality
At Book Publishings, we prioritize your privacy. We will keep all information shared during the project confidential, including personal details, manuscript content, and ideas. We will not share or disclose your materials to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all services promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change depending on project complexity and feedback delays. If significant delays occur, we will notify you and collaborate with you to meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide top-quality services, Book Publishings is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes errors, delays, or failure to meet expectations. We do not guarantee specific results, such as book sales or marketing success.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services, all fees are non-refundable once work on the project has commenced. If you choose to cancel a service before work has begun, we offer a partial refund based on the progress made. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Termination of Services
Book Publishings reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates any terms of this agreement or engages in unethical conduct. In such cases, the client will be charged for any work completed up to the termination date.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Book Publishings harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, content infringement, copyright issues, and other legal matters associated with your book.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Book Publishings reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction.
